Electronic Communications

When you sign up for an account at Specialty Beads, make purchases, sign up for email or newsletter notifications you are consenting to receive electronic communications from Specialty Beads. We will communicate with you in the form of e-mails sent to your address specified in your Specialty Beads account.

Shipping

We offer Free Shipping in the United States on all orders over $40 and $5 Shipping on all smaller orders in the United States. We also require no minimum purchase. All International orders are $10. Within the United States your package will be sent First Class with Delivery Confirmation. You are also given the choice of paying $20 for USPS Express Mail. This is not guaranteed by the USPS but it is the fastest service available and usually gets to its destination the next day if it is sent before 12:00 noon. For International orders we ship USPS Priority Mail International. Please see our International Orders section for more information. We make every effort to process your order and get it out quickly. If your order is delayed for some reason, we will email you. We always strive for great customer service.

Checks or money orders:
Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears. Orders paid by money order will be held until we receive the money order. Please make checks payable to Specialty Beads, 11782A Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA 96161.

International Orders

We offer International purchases to customers in many countries. When you sign in to our website if your country is not represented, please email us with your request. In addition to the CONDITIONS OF USE, international purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions as stated below:

  1. Any import fees, duties, or taxes associated with an international shipment are the responsibility of YOU the customer.
  2. We ship USPS Priority Mail International for a charge of $10.00. We reserve the right to vary our method of shipment.
  3. USPS Priority Mail is not trackable once it enters your country. In the rare case of a lost package, it will be your responsibility to contact your postal service to locate its whereabouts.

At this time we do not place backorders.

Once Specialty Beads delivers a purchased product to the specified shipper, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss of said items. As stated in your account agreement, any incorrect or inaccurate information given to Specialty Beads via your account or by any other means of communication with Specialty Beads, invalidates any shipping guarantee Specialty Beads may provide. Specialty Beads may also choose to collect any extra shipping or other related costs associated with this from you.
